IBM, a global leader in hybrid cloud and AI solutions, has joined forces with the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC), backed by the Ministry for Electronics and IT, to propel high-performance computing (HPC) in India. The memorandum of understanding (MoU) between these entities marks a significant milestone towards fostering growth within India's developer community.
