Former managing director of BharatPe, Ashneer Grover, recently criticized the fintech company for switching off its social media comments section for 15 months now, claiming that investors are not able to get feedback from customers. Grover also alleged that BharatPe is the only Fintech or startup in the world that has switched off social media ever since he left.
